PFAG implements a range of initiatives aimed at improving the productivity, incomes, and resilience of smallholder farmers across Ghana. Through strategic partnerships, the association provides farmers with access to modern agricultural technologies, quality inputs, financial literacy training, market opportunities, and capacity-building support. Special attention is given to women and youth farmers to promote inclusive agricultural development and sustainable livelihoods. These interventions contribute to increased agricultural production, reduced post-harvest losses, enhanced market participation, job creation, and improved food security for farming communities.
To improve the productivity, incomes, and resilience of smallholder farmers through access to agricultural inputs, modern farming technologies, capacity building, financial inclusion, market linkages, and sustainable livelihood opportunities, with a focus on women and youth.
